Revisions, payment and refunds

What a revision is

A revision is one consolidated list of changes to content or layout within the design you agreed. Please send all changes for a round together. Examples: correcting a name, changing a time, swapping a photo.

A new design direction, a new language, or new events that were not in the original scope are a change of scope and are quoted separately.

How many revisions

The number of revision rounds is written in your quote. We do not offer unlimited revisions.

After publication

If a date, time or venue changes after you have shared your invitation, tell us. Corrections to facts are made promptly while your invitation is hosted, and are not counted against design revisions for the first month after delivery.

Invitations you publish yourself

If you pay for a self-published invitation, it goes online as soon as the payment is confirmed. Because it is live straight away, ask us promptly if something is wrong and we will correct facts such as a time, venue or spelling.

You can get a refund of the full price if:

• You change your mind. Write to us within 48 hours of paying, and before you have shared the link or QR code with anyone. We will take the invitation offline and refund you.
• You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not order.
• We cannot deliver what we described, and we could not put it right within a reasonable time after you told us.

If a refund is made or a payment is successfully disputed, the invitation is taken offline. After the 48 hours, or once you have shared the link, we do not refund a change of mind, because the invitation has been delivered and used, but we will still fix any mistake that is ours. Refunds go back to the method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. This does not affect any right you have under consumer protection law.

Delivery time

Delivery time is counted from the day we receive all your content. The schedule is confirmed in your quote. If you send content late, the delivery date moves.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote. Typically, work begins after an advance, with the balance due before the final link is released. We confirm the method and amounts in writing.

Cancellation and refunds for work we build for you

• Before work begins: a full refund of any advance.
• After work begins: a refund of the advance minus the portion of work already completed, as shown in your quote.
• After delivery: no refund for completed work, except where we failed to deliver what the quote described, in which case we will fix it or refund the affected part.

Posters

Poster pricing starts from the stated price and depends on final scope. One round of revisions is included unless your quote says otherwise.
